We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, but please note that we might take a maximum of 5 business days to do so at busier times. If you need your item/s for a specific date, please reach out to us first and we'll be delighted to let you know what's the fastest that we can get your products sent.

We send all our products with Royal Mail Tracked 48 which takes roughly 2-3 business days to reach you, but we have more delivery options available such as Tracked 24 and Guaranteed Delivery Before 1pm. You can select your preferred delivery option at checkout.

ALL wax melts are made using only organic and vegan friendly ingredients, essential/fragrance oils and add-ons such as biodegradable glitter or natural dried flowers.

Also, none of our products or the supplies that we use are tested on animals and they will never be.

We make sure that all our suppliers also follow these strict guidelines so we can continue to produce high quality and highly scented products that our customers can enjoy without impacting the environment.

Wax melts are completely PARAFFIN FREE, using only high quality natural soy wax as a base.

Yes, we are fully CLP compliant and we can also provide SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for our products upon request. Simply email us at thesweethedgehog@gmail.com if you would like any SDS sent to you. Also, all our wax melts have the corresponding CLP label attached to their packaging.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for all our products and you can also add a custom note for your loved one, which will be printed in a separate card and placed inside the box.

This option can be selected at checkout for an extra cost.
