Delivery and Dispatch

UK ORDERS 

All UK orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes 2-3 business days and includes tracking information. You can also upgrade this to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days delivery + tracking) or Guaranteed Delivery Before 1pm (doesn't include weekends) at checkout.

You can track your order using your tracking number here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item (or you can also use the Royal Mail App). Tracking information will be included in the dispatch confirmation email sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.

- DISPATCH INFORMATION -

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-72 hours after being placed including Saturdays (as long as payment has been processed automatically) and that is the case for over 95% of our orders so far, but we might take up to 5-7 business days to do so when we are busier than usual. If we are going to take more than 3-5 business days to dispatch your order (Mon-Sat), we will message you to let you know of an estimated dispatch day.

If you require your order for a specific date, please either contact us first or let us know as soon as you've placed your order and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with a dispatch date confirmation.

Although we will always do our best to dispatch all orders as soon as we can and accommodate special requests from customers, we can't guarantee a specific dispatch date unless we have agreed on it before you placed your order. Only place your order without letting us know of a specific requirement if you are able to wait up to 7 business days for it to be dispatched (+ delivery time).
